Emma started out qualifying for the Bar, but quickly figured out she was more interested in fixing how organisations actually work than arguing about it in a courtroom. Over a decade in the non-profit education sector later she's built a reputation for getting stuff done. Her thing is simplicity. Strip it back, make it make sense, make it work. She sees the whole system and manages the detail, and that combination is what she's known for. She started Unconsult because she genuinely loves helping people fix problems and enabling people to deliver without the difficulty.

Bontle is the person organisations call when everyone else has had a go and it still isn't working. Ex-McKinsey, transformation director, published author, and proudly neurodivergent, she's spent over two decades leading large-scale change across corporates, charities, and everything in between. She asks the questions other people won't, says what needs saying, and gets things moving. She joined Unconsult because she believes the answer is practical systems, not more slide decks.
